Ginger Tea:
1/ Add a teaspoon (around 3g) into a cup of hot water.
2/ Add in honey or brown sugar as desired.
3/ Stir well and ready to serve.
Foot Bath:
1/Add 2 tablespoons of ginger powder and a pinch of sea salt(optional) into warm water.
2/ Place feet into warm water and soak for 10-20 minutes.
Cooking:
Can be added into vegetables or soup boiling.
