How To Use:
For BREAKFAST, simmer Rye Flakes in hot water for 3 mins, sweeten with honey or agave nectar.
Cook as Porridge with a pinch of sea salt
Add Rye Flakes to Bread Making.
Storage:
Store in cool dry place. Keep refrigerated once opened!
